VIRGODINFORMATION

PRIVACY POLICY.

What information this website receives, how it is used and how to contact us about it.

01

Information you provide

When you send an inquiry, the form asks for your name, email address, the business area and inquiry type, and your message. Organization and subject are optional. The form also records whether you accepted its submission notice. Please do not include passwords, financial account details, health information or confidential creative material.

02

How an inquiry is delivered

Your browser sends the form to VIRGOD’s contact service at contact.virgod.com over an encrypted connection. The service validates the request and emails it using Spacemail SMTP. General inquiries go to hello@virgod.com; partnership inquiries go to partnerships@virgod.com; business inquiries are routed to the relevant business mailbox. Your reply address is included so the recipient can respond.

03

How VIRGOD uses the information

VIRGOD uses the details you provide to read, route and respond to your inquiry and to manage related business communications. Sending an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing messages. We do not use contact form details to create advertising profiles.

04

Where information is handled

The inquiry is handled by the VIRGOD contact service, Spaceship hosting and Spacemail, and by the VIRGOD personnel responsible for the relevant inquiry. These service providers may process technical information needed to deliver, secure and operate their services.

05

Storage and retention

The contact service sends inquiries by email and does not maintain a submissions database or message archive. Email copies and replies are kept in the receiving mailbox under its settings and VIRGOD’s ordinary business record practices. Unsent form fields may be saved in your browser’s session storage so you can continue a draft; successful submission clears that saved draft.

06

Security and abuse prevention

The contact service uses a hashed network address in memory to rate-limit form submissions and clears expired entries during later form checks. It does not write inquiry message contents to its application logs. No internet transmission or storage method can be described as perfectly secure, so please share only information needed for your inquiry.

07

Your choices and privacy requests

You can choose not to submit the form and can clear saved site data through your browser. To ask about information in an inquiry, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email hello@virgod.com and include enough context for us to locate the message. We will review the request and respond through the contact details you provide.

08

Updates and contact

If our form, delivery service or information practices change, this page will be updated to reflect the website’s current operation. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@virgod.com.
